Website update: Account verification and layout changes

The website has been updated with some changes to the layout and some missing features from the old version.

Changelog

• The Community button is now separated into buttons on the sidebar instead of being a floating menu on the navbar.
• Added a new user button on the top right corner of the navbar instead of being on the sidebar.
• Verification warnings are now back again. This solves the problem where users could not login into the forum due to missing verification.
